Frank Farfan restricts his practice to intellectual property. Frank is the principal of the law firm MacBeth & Johnson and a partner of the patent and trade-mark agency firm Dennison Associates. He is also counsel to the firm of Sanderson Entertainment Law.
Frank graduated in 1976 from McGill University's Honours Mechanical Engineering program with a solid background in mechanical, electrical, electronic and computer programming fields. He completed his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School in 1980. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982.
Frank has practised exclusively in intellectual property since 1983. Frank has been a registered patent agent in Canada since 1985 and a registered trade-mark agent in Canada since 1983. He was also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 1992. His experience covers the full range of intellectual property services - from litigation to licensing to trade mark agency to patent agency in the mechanical, electronic and other arts.
Frank is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.
