Tony Bortolin

Tony has practised exclusively in intellectual property since 1989. He is an Ontario lawyer, a registered Canadian trade-mark agent, and a 'qualified attorney' in respect of U.S. trade-mark matters.

He graduated from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in 1982 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Radio & Television Arts. Tony obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1987 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989. He is also an analyst of Canadian Trade-mark Law. Tony is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the International Trade-mark Association (INTA) and the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC).
